It is usual for young people to experience some level of psychological challenges at this crucial time of life when you’re searching for identity and belonging. However, if you find yourself responding to situations in ways that you do not understand and cannot control, or you’re experiencing unwelcome thoughts or feelings, you may find it beneficial to talk to a psychotherapist.
Our therapy sessions are confidential so you can explore the ideas, themes and topics that are important to you. My aim is to listen, understand and help you identify difficult feelings and thought patterns, enabling you to focus on the positive changes you wish to make.
Together we will think about how to approach underlying issues so that you become more confident in expressing yourself, enabling you to be heard and better understood.
